FABRIC & WALLPAPER RETURN POLICY
We regret that we cannot accept returns for fabrics or wallpapers for other reasons than manufacturer defect or shipping damage under any circumstances.
If you receive a fabric or wallpaper that is defective* or damaged, please email us or call us at 800-497-8042 immediately after receipt. We will set up a return authorization with the brand for the defective item. All damage claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt.
Upon receipt of fabric or wallpaper, carefully inspect before cutting. Confirm that you have received the correct item and quantity.
CLAIMS FOR LABOR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
No returns will be accepted if cutting or alteration has been made to the merchandise or if wallpaper has been hung -- please inspect carefully before cutting or using items.
*Dye lot variance issues are not defects and will not be accepted for returns. A sample comes from a random dye lot and it’s for the sole purpose to determine if you want that particular design. Samples are not dye lot specific. Actual dye lots can vary from samples.
Please note that items shipped back to us without pre-approval and a return authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
